01 Who this is

AI Moses is the independent practice of Dr. Moses Kayungi, a Tanzanian medical doctor (M.D.) and software builder. I design and build websites, digital solutions, and educational and business tools for individual clients and institutions across Tanzania and East Africa.

02 The services covered

These terms apply to:

• This portfolio website and the information on it;
• Custom projects I build for clients (websites, apps, automations, and related deliverables), unless a separate written agreement or invoice for that project says otherwise — in which case that agreement takes priority over these general terms;
• The standalone products I've built and listed here (RadAssist, Exam Master CMT, SmartElimu Game and others). Each of those products may carry its own in-app terms specific to that product; where they conflict with this page, the product's own terms apply to use of that product.

03 Custom project engagements

When you commission a website, app, or other custom build:

• Scope & quotes. Project scope, timeline, and price are agreed in writing (WhatsApp or email is fine) before work begins. Work outside that agreed scope is treated as a separate request and may be quoted separately.
• Payment. Payment terms (deposit, milestones, mobile money or bank details) are set per project and confirmed before work starts. Work may pause if agreed payments are not received on schedule.
• Revisions. A reasonable number of revision rounds is included per project as agreed at the outset. Requests that materially change the original scope may incur additional cost.
• Ownership on completion. Once a project is paid in full, ownership of the final delivered code/design transfers to the client, except for any pre-existing tools, frameworks, or reusable components of mine used to build it, which I retain the right to reuse in other projects.
• Delays. Timelines depend on timely feedback and content from the client. Delays in receiving client materials may shift the delivery date accordingly.

04 Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing for a specific client project, all design, code, branding, and content on this portfolio site and on my own products (RadAssist, Exam Master CMT, and the others listed) remain the intellectual property of AI Moses / Dr. Moses Kayungi. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute this site's design or my products' underlying code without permission.

Client logos, institutional names, and project descriptions shown in the "Selected work" section are displayed to demonstrate work completed for those clients and remain the property of their respective owners. If you are a past client and would like your project removed from this portfolio, contact me and I will action it promptly.

05 Health & education tools — important disclaimer

Similarly, exam-prep and study tools (Exam Master CMT, AfyaScope-style libraries, and others) are study aids built from curriculum material as understood at the time of building; they do not replace official NACTVET, NECTA, or institutional curricula and should be used alongside, not instead of, official coursework.

06 Acceptable use

You agree not to use this site or any linked product to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, account, or data;
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell any product without permission;
• Upload or transmit anything unlawful, harmful, or infringing on someone else's rights;
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting me for a project.

07 Third-party services & links

This site and my products may link to or be built on third-party platforms — including but not limited to Lovable, Supabase, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and payment/mobile-money providers. I am not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of those third-party platforms; your use of them is governed by their own terms.

08 Limitation of liability

This site, my products, and any custom work are provided "as is" and "as available." While I build with care and to a high standard, I do not guarantee that any site, tool, or product will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for every purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by Tanzanian law, I am not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or any linked product, including but not limited to lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

09 Termination

For ongoing client engagements, either party may end the engagement with reasonable written notice. Work completed and accepted up to that point remains payable; any deposit for undelivered work is handled per the specific project agreement.

10 Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Any dispute arising from these terms or a project engagement will first be addressed through good-faith direct discussion before any formal proceedings.

11 Changes to these terms

I may update these terms from time to time as AI Moses' services evolve. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
